Wonderful, the Israeli-Dutch enterprise AI startup, announced a $550 million Series C on September 2, 2026, led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce joining as a new investor. The round brings its valuation to $5 billion — more than double what it was just 6 months ago.
Wonderful's valuation has climbed from $700 million to $5 billion across four rounds in about 10 months. Alongside Insight Partners as lead, returning backers included Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners. Since its Series B in March 2026, the company has expanded to more than 35 markets and grown to 650 employees worldwide.
Wonderful describes its product as an "AI operating system" for the enterprise — beyond a single agent for one task, the platform lets customers automate end-to-end workflows, build and deploy AI-native applications, and coordinate multiple agents across different parts of the organization. So far the company has mainly shipped customer-facing agents, and these recent rounds are funding the push toward broader internal agent coordination.
Going from a $300 million to a $5 billion valuation in under a year isn't a sustainable pattern for most startups — it's a sign that investors are betting hard and fast that the "enterprise agent platform" category will have few dominant winners, and want to be positioned early with the ones that appear to be leading. For a company evaluating which agent platform to adopt, it's worth separating valuation hype from real product maturity — the enterprise-scale agent coordination capabilities Wonderful promises are still in early stages of real deployment at large customers.
